Palm Beach County has a rich basketball tradition dating back over 5 decades with players success taking them to the highest levels of the sport.

Here's a running list of champions beginning in 1968 and will continue to be updated with each successive State Champion (This list has been updated in 2023 to include past Runner-up schools):
