The 2018-19 high school basketball season officially tips off today all across the state of Florida. Broward County is the undisputed hotbed of hoops in the state at the moment and there is no denying that. Last year was a down year compared to recent past, only (yes only lol) producing 3 State Champions. This year the county looks strong again, the winners in each district will certainly be battle tested and a strong contender to win a state title.

The 2018-19 high school basketball regular season starts tomorrow Monday November 19th and from the looks of it this will be a memorable year for all. The fall so far has been highlighted by several seniors committing to play basketball at the next level confirming that talent in the Palm Beach County is the best it has been in a long time for girls basketball. Expect plenty of competitive games to come as teams compete for a state title.

The season couldn't have gotten off to a better start with several 2019 prospects committing to play basketball at various colleges throughout the country and finally signing on the dotted line as the NCAA Fall Signing period opened up on November 14th.

2017-18 #PBCHOOPS Season Preview

The 2017-18 high school basketball season is less than 2 weeks away. While there is much anticipation for the upcoming season, things will be a little bit different than what we have seen recently. The last 3 years of #PBCHOOPS basketball have produced arguably some of the best talent this area has ever seen. 2 State champions, 1 NBA lottery pick, 2 Florida Players of the Year and more than two dozen student-athletes receiving scholarships to play college basketball.
