Tough competition, high level talent and local are the three words that best describe Day 1 of The Warm Up by Team Knight. Here is a recap of Saturday's games:


Team Knight

2-0 wins over Ball4Lyfe and Florida Future-Arthur. This group showed a lot of toughness after going down early 11-0 to in their game against Ball4Lyfe. They locked in and turned the game around late in the first half. Pulled out the victory 49-40

Team Knight "The Warmup" Preview

As teams prepare for the first of back to back NCAA Live Period weekends coming up April 20th, #PBCHOOPS and RMF Magazine will be in the gym all weekend providing coverage of a quality hoops shootout in South Florida. The tournament is put on by Marcus McGee and Team Knight offering teams a competitive, cost effective event to get tuned up before hitting the road. "The Warmup" is perfect place for programs to get right without breaking the bank on travel and lodging giving them to opportunity to focus on two quality games against solid opponents.

2017-18 #PBCHOOPS Coach of the Year Matthew Colin - Wellington

The 2017-18 #PBCHOOPS Coach of the Year is Matthew Colin of Wellington High School. Coach Colin led the Wolverines to an undefeated regular season before falling in their lone loss in the FHSAA Class 9A state championship game, finishing 32-1 and the #1 ranked #PBCHOOPS Top 5 to end the season.
